About the Role:Theramex is seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at the Madrid HQ. In this role, you will support the Associate Marketing Director in shaping and executing the national marketing strategy for our women’s health portfolio, with a focus on osteoporosis and gynecology. You’ll collaborate across departments, lead franchise initiatives, and help drive innovation in digital engagement.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement portfolio strategies based on market, patient, and competitor insights
• Lead franchise-level projects to reinforce Theramex’s leadership in Spain
• Support new product launches and create impactful marketing materials
• Drive digital innovation and strengthen Theramex’s online presence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, and access
• Engage with KOLs and scientific societies to build strong external partnerships
• Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget
• Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs and local regulations

Skills / Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including 2+ years with Rx products
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level)
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments
