Job Title: Care Home ManagerLocation: ChesterfieldJob Type: PermanentSalary: £35,000 – 42,000Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our care home in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will possess strong home management skills and a proven track record in managing care homes effectively.Key Responsibilities:– Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
– Lead and motivate the care team to achieve excellent care outcomes and maintain a supportive work environment.
– Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
– Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
– Manage budgets and financial performance of the care home.
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
– Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided.Qualifications and Skills:– NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred).
– Minimum of 1 year experience in home management.
– Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
