HAMPSHIRE + travel: TWO x kind, smart, highly organised & experienced, Rota Nannies – early July start + driver essential (large family vehicle) £££

• Role: Two x top, Rota Nannies (experience with school-age children essential)
• Start date: July
• Location: Rural Hampshire + travel
• Children: Two lower school aged children in Y3 &Y4 (older siblings in Y11, LVI & UVI)
• Driver: Confident town & country driver is essential (Audi Q7)
• Salary: Competitive remuneration

Returning clients, a wonderful family, are seeking TWO x kind, smart & highly organised, Rota Nannies for their extremely lovely, super-fun and busy household. These roles are permanent, Rota Nanny positions and our clients are located in the heart of Hampshire.The roles will be for the family’s two youngest children, who are both at primary school (there are older siblings who are at boarding school and are self-sufficient and will need positive role modelling, gentle support in school holidays and driving. This is a super-busy household, with professional working parents who travel hence why they are seeking individuals who will go the extra mile, caring and competent nanny care.= The exact rota days hours will be decided in due course, but it will be either one week on/of, or two weeks on/off.Key requirements about the family/role:

• Driver: confident town and country driver (Audi Q7, automatic)
• Full Nanny/PA duties for the children; being super-organised, always being a few steps ahead.
• Full after-school care, with emphasis on supporting KS2 children (the children are very bright and attend academic schools).
• This family is super-sporty/outdoorsy family + there are 4 dogs. So the new nannies must be as comfortable in wellies as they are in trainers and genuinely enjoy country life and be OK with reading Harry Potter to a gorgeous 7 year old girl who can likely read better than yourself and then stand in a football goal against a handsome 9 year old who will ensure you feel totally inadequate as goal keeper. All children fun, polite and well mannered.
• Cooking for the children is a key duty: someone who is nutritionally astute and can menu plan and cook meals, batch cooking for all the varying ages of the children. The family travels, so the nannies need to be able to travel with the family.
• Ultimately, our clients, who are great employers, need a candidate with a positive and bubbly demeanor and muck-in attitude, a nanny who is proactive, with a detailed eye as to what might need doing, who is always two-steps ahead but also who will read the room and leave the family to be together when required (this is a discreet and private family).
• Being extraordinarily organised, capable and efficient is absolutely crucial – the vital characteristic of this role is someone who can bring harmony, consistency and structure to the morning and evening routines and is not fazed by a busy household.
• Ideally, the family is looking for long term nannies to take their youngest through primary school. They have had a series of long term positive influences in the children’s lives and wish to now move to ‘rota’ nannying.
