Les missions du posteThe main roles and responsibilities for this position will be:
- Experience of IFRS and French GAAP required
- Experience of SAP highly desirable
- Perform a full set of accounts for the companies assigned, including but not limited to: daily operations, tax related matters, internal control, etc.
- Work with shared service team on month end / quarter end closing.
- monthly closing of accounts and management reports incorporating relevant financial schedules for timely submission to Corporate.
- Manage of inter-company accounts reconciliation and assist to resolve all inter-company balance issues.
- Review of reconciliation of balance sheets items including working with shared service team to clear aged items.
- Coordinate all tax matters with tax agent and ensure tax computation is submitted to inland revenue timely.
- Work on statutory reporting and ensure timely preparation and submission of audited financial statements.
- Work cross functionally with finance controllers, cost controllers, legal, accounts payable, credit, FP&A and various business owners on policies, processes and drive key system initiatives and improvements.
- Work with external stakeholders e.g. corporate secretary, auditors, tax agent, etc.
- Perform accuracy of financial information by ensuring data are correctly captured and take corrective actions if required.
- Work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct / dotted line supervisor.
- Fluent in French and a good working knowledge of English.
Le profil recherché
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or recognized Accounting Qualification, ie ACCA, full or part qualified
- IFRS and internal control
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- 5 years of experience in accounting / finance
- understanding of VAT
- in ERP system (SAP is a plus)
- and able to adapt quickly and work independently
- to details, good analytical skills and problem solver
