The Legal Associate will play a crucial role in reviewing and advising on commercial contracts alongside adherence to regulations within the financial services industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional ready to jump into a fast-paced and growing organisation in the Funds space.
- Review and draft commercial agreements and policies.
- Conduct regulatory assessments and monitor compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on financial services-related matters.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate updates internally.
- Assist in managing relationships with regulators and external legal counsel.
- Support risk management processes and internal audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all legal activities

- NQ – 2 PQE
- Experience in commercial and compliance work within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in reviewing and drafting legal documentation.
- Familiarity with UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Salary between £60,000 and £110,000 depending on candidate experience
