For our client company, an Italian subsidiary of a multinational group belonging to the manufacturing sector, we are looking forFinance DirectorAs Finance Director, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in maximizing the company’s value through strategic and proactive financial management.Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective financial management, supporting local sites with strategic analysis and decision-making tools.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial and operational development.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering motivation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Strengthen processes, systems, and procedures to improve control and financial performance.
• Coordinate legal and financial audits with external auditors.
• Ensure full compliance with Italian and EU tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing).
• Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and reconciliation with IFRS standards.
• Coordinate post-acquisition financial integration.
• Lead the implementation of the new ERP system.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably within multinational groups.
• Proven experience in financial planning and controlling, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Solid track record in managing M&A transactions and post-deal integrations.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation.
• Strong hands-on and pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in English.

Salary range: Euro 100.00/130.000
