The high-tech multi-agency office has good transport links into Central London and is easily assessable via the M25, A10 and A406.As well as of a range of benefits detailed below, Enfield are an employer that offer hybrid and flexible working.The salary for this permanent Senior Practitioner job is up to £47,805 per annum.We are looking for a skilled social work professional to join the Social Work/Assessment & Care Management Services within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service as a Senior Practitioner. We are a highly successful service which provides seamless health & social care services to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers. Requirements of this Senior Practitioner job:

• As a regular and intrinsic part of this role requires you to speak and communicate to members of the public in English, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken and written English is essential and consistent with the requirements of this role. This role also requires you to be polite and courteous when conversing with the public.
• Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England, with, ideally with a minimum of four years post qualifying practice, with a strong emphasis on physical disability, safeguarding and care management. (Best Interest Assessor Qualification and Practice Educator Qualification)
• Demonstrate highly skilled professional competence in social work practice by using extensive practice knowledge and working within agreed standards of best practice and codes of conduct in-line with Enfield Council’s Polices and S
