Location: GdańskPurpose of the Job:
The Transition Business Coordinator supports the coordination of HR-related transition activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance of processes. This role works closely with HR, change, and transition teams to ensure a smooth organizational transformation and to prepare employees and HR stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
Transition Support:

  • Coordinate and track transition-related activities, including cutover readiness, stakeholder alignment, and change milestones
  • Maintain and update transition plans, task lists, trackers, and documentation repositories
  • Support HR teams in preparation for go-live, stabilization, and service handover
  • Assist in business readiness assessments and track identified gaps
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation of new or updated HR processes

Training Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize training sessions related to the transition (e.g., new tools, processes, systems)
  • Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and business units to ensure timely preparation and delivery of training materials
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support post-training follow-up
  • Maintain training calendars, trackers, and learning documentation

Quality and Compliance Support:

  • Review HR deliverables and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Support audit preparation and standardize templates and processes
  • Monitor compliance with established procedures, SLAs, and documentation standards
  • Assist in capturing lessons learned and continuous improvement actions

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or change/transition support

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
