Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership – Redditch
Salary: £35,000 – £41,000 + Bonus
Hours: 40 per week | Saturdays paid as overtime
Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are recruiting on behalf of a respected main dealership in Redditch, known for its commitment to excellence in both sales and aftersales services. The dealership has been recognized nationally for outstanding performance, reflecting its dedication to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.What’s on offer:

• Competitive basic salary between £35,000 and £41,000

• 33 days’ annual leave, rising to 37 with service

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a workshop environment
• Proficient in diagnostics and fault-finding
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential)
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
