Our client, a top 200 UK law firm and one of the region’s oldest, most established, and fastest-growing legal practices, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Construction Litigation Lawyer to join their team in Essex and Suffolk.Position Overview
As a Construction Litigation Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career within a friendly and open culture where clients and colleagues come first. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the construction litigation practice and building on the firm’s existing success.Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on construction disputes
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE
  • Strong experience in construction litigation
  • Excellent attention to detail and client-focused approach
  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to contribute to the firm’s growth
  • Understanding of the importance of compliance
