• lead and facilitate core agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for data-focused teams, such as data engineering, analytics, or BI,
• act as a servant leader, supporting team dynamics and ensuring effective collaboration across all levels,
• identify and eliminate blockers that hinder team progress, including tooling issues, data access, or inter-team dependencies,
• coach and mentor the team on agile methodologies tailored for data product delivery and iterative workflows,
• work closely with product owners to ensure that data-related user stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives,
• promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and adapting processes where needed,
• maintain visibility into sprint progress, blockers, and deliverables through agile dashboards and reporting tools,
• coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, BI developers) to align timelines and manage dependencies,
• support data governance and quality assurance initiatives by integrating them into agile workflows,
• monitor and report on agile performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, to track team progress and identify areas for growth,
• foster communication between technical teams and business stakeholders in data-centric projects,
• ensure agile delivery aligns with data security and compliance standards.

Wymagania

• solid experience with agile frameworks, particularly scrum and kanban,
• hands-on proficiency with agile project management tools such as jira or azure devops,
• familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its integration with agile delivery,
• understanding of CI/CD pipelines and devops culture,
• basic experience with version control systems like git and platforms such as github/gitlab,
• knowledge of agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) and ability to analyze/report them effectively,
• exposure to cloud platforms, especially microsoft azure, and their use in agile environments,
• technical literacy in APIs, databases, and basic system architecture to facilitate team discussions,
• awareness of QA and test automation tools to support agile testing best practices.
