Newrest has an exciting opportunity as a Unit Manager within our Manchester Unit. We are looking for someone with ambition, drive, a vision for the future, you will oversee the production, despatch, delivery and service to the customer of food, bars and agreed services is managed effectively whilst ensuring food quality standards. You will manage operational managers focusing on all inflight catering activities with effective compliance, continuous improvement strategies and KPI reporting processes in place.
