Required SkillsCommercial propertyJob SummaryRecQuest are working on behalf of a progressive law firm seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their growing team in Winchester. This role provides the opportunity to support a dynamic department in delivering outstanding legal services to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: – Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the commercial property team. – Preparing and managing legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and agreements. – Liaising with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. – Handling telephone and email inquiries with a client-focused and businesslike approach. – Maintaining and updating case management systems and client files with accuracy and attention to detail. – Assisting with post-completion work, such as Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions. What They Offer: – Competitive salary range: £32,000 – £37,000 – Full-time, permanent role – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 What We’re Looking For: – Experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Commercial Property law. – Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications. – Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. – A professional and client-focused approach, always maintaining confidentiality.
