  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to each project.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders and build change action plans
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leads, and functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Design and execute communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support change adoption
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team to help them guide their teams through change.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop mitigation tactics.

RequirementsWe are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional with a strong background in change management and a passion for driving transformation in clinical or pharmaceutical environments.Experience: Proven experience in change management, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. Comfortable working in Agile environments (Methode SCRUM), with the ability to tailor change strategies to iterative project cycles and support teams in adopting agile methodologies. Familiarity with GxP and regulatory requirements in clinical trials is highly valued.Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
