• experience in conducting scientific research in the field of social sciences, with particular emphasis on finance;

• professional experience resulting from work outside of higher education in the field of finance;
• teaching experience at the academic level;
• fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing (native language);
• knowledge of English at least at a communicative level;
• ability to use computer programs, in particular: Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
