Job description

Within the Group CEO Office Function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Assisting with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing budgets
  • Supporting Procurement processes
  • Preparing bank transfers
  • Coordinating travel logistics for GCEO staff, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation
  • Organizing and managing top management meetings and other events, including caterings and other logistics
  • Organizing meeting rooms and always work closely with technical staff in order to ensure that every video call (e.g.MS Teams) connection works smoothly before every meeting
  • Managing correspondence and packages (in and out)

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field
  • 5-7 years of experience in an Administrative role
  • Knowledge of MS office applications (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and Acrobat
  • Knowledge of the tool SAP
  • Fluency in English
  • High numerical abilities
