As the first point of contact for tier-one client needs, the team provides broad support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration services.Join our HR Shared Services team as an experienced professional who adapts quickly to change, sets clear priorities, and works independently with confidence. If you are energized by dynamic environments and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.What are the ongoing responsibilities of HR Shared Services Specialist?Provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle (onboarding, contracts, documentation, background checks, personal data, offboarding, personnel files) for the Europe region.Schedule interviews and post job openings for the Europe region.Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and leaders.Support employees with local regulations, HR policies, procedural questions, and Workday inquiriesManage HR invoice-related tasks, including processing, tracking, and resolving invoice issues in coordination with internal teams and external vendorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries.Support internal initiatives and projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing operational efficiency.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR processes, programs, and policies to support employees effectively.Keep process documentation current in the HR Knowledge Hub (SharePoint).What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?Professional Experience & Languages3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Shared ServicesDemonstrated success in supporting initiatives that optimize operations and improve process efficiencyFluency in English and Polish (required)Knowledge of French or German is a plusTechnical & Analytical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Workday or ServiceNow is an advantageStrong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingEagerness to leverage technology and continuously improve HR processesCommunication, Collaboration & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and diplomatic approach to building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholdersCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality supportProven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environmentsOrganization & Time Management SkillsHigh attention to detail in handling employee data, documentation, and invoice processingStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Building teams with diverse skills, backgrounds, and experiences has always been important to us.
