Our Customer Protection team is looking for curious and motivated individuals. The team that is delivering end-to-end defense against a wide range of cyber threats. This is a 6 month, paid internship program.Your time at WithSecure™It will go to ethical hacking, researching, learning, and building alongside some of the industry’s top cybersecurity professionals. Our paid internship program with the Customer Protection team offers a unique opportunity to:

• Complete practical training in areas like reverse engineering, network/application security, and more.
• Participate in a tailored research project, with flexibility to pursue your own ideas.
• Contribute to small-scale coding projects, including automation, rule creation, and data analysis.
• Learn how to analyze and classify threats in files, emails, and web traffic.
• Develop the communication and support skills that WithSecure is known for, interacting with colleagues and clients alike.

What we need you to know:

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• High-level awareness of cybersecurity concepts.
• Good English communication skills

Nice to know

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, LUA).
• Basic knowledge of C/C++ or other low-level programming languages.
