The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities, supporting internal processes, and facilitating the implementation of initiatives aimed at expanding the division’s operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the department’s growth strategy through efficient execution of operational tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Cruise Division team.
- Help ensure a positive customer experience through operational support.
- Perform data entry, document management, and internal communication tasks.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Assist in the organization of meetings and follow-up on action items.
- Contribute to the implementation of internal policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the coordination of staff schedules and training activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics and Maritime Business, Economics or a related field.
- No prior experience required. Internship or academic project experience in business or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
