  • Proactive, accountable, culturally adaptable and business-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1 level required)
  • Willingness to travel across the region (especially Poland and Hungary)

Your future companyWe are looking for an experienced and operationally minded HR Business Partner to work closely with the General Manager and the regional leadership team across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a unique, standalone role that plays a key part in a broader organizational transformation and requires both strategic and hands-on execution—especially in locations where HR structures are still being built.The role reports dually to the GM CEE and the EMEA HR Director, operating in a matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration across HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), Compensation, and Talent teams.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic HR partner to the regional leadership team (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Bosnia, Kazakhstan)Drive the integration and standardization of HR practices across diverse markets, legal systems, and culturesBuild cohesive teams and implement aligned HR processes (performance, compensation, recruitment, succession, talent)Coach and support leaders in strengthening engagement, feedback culture, and leadership effectivenessManage HR data and analytics, including FTE, attrition, time to hire, absence, and engagement KPIsLocalize and implement EMEA-level initiatives (EVP, DEI, well-being, talent development)Collaborate with local HR teams (varying maturity levels) and act as both strategic and operational HR where neededParticipate in regional and EMEA-wide transformation and HR projectsThe offerAnnual bonus (target: 20% of base salary)Company carPrivate medical careSubsidy for sports and wellness activitiesAdditional life insuranceFlexible working hours and a hybrid work model (with in-person presence in Warsaw or Prague at least every two months)Access to professional development and training opportunitiesThe opportunity to build and shape the regional HR function across 8 countriesRequirements:
