As part of the International Design & Delivery (ID&D) team, the Manager – PMO Design & Delivery helps turn strategic vision into operational reality by leading the deployment of physical security technology across the EMEA region.This role is instrumental in aligning Disney’s security system deployments with business needs, corporate real estate development, and broader organizational strategies. From managing project portfolios and ensuring design compliance to mitigating risks and maximizing return on investment, the Manager serves as a linchpin between business operations, security leadership, and technical execution teams.We are seeking a results-driven and strategic project management professional who combines deep technical knowledge with outstanding organizational leadership. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions, and drive measurable improvements to Disney’s global security infrastructure.What You Will DoYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in partnership with Global Security and key stakeholdersDevelop comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and budgetAlign initiatives with broader strategic priorities set by the Director, Global Security – INTL Design & DeliveryDesign & Architecture OversightLead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade physical security systems across diverse international marketsEnsure all designs comply with company-wide standards, regulatory guidelines, and departmental quality expectationsTechnical LeadershipTranslate complex business and operational needs into actionable technical requirementsOversee multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure solutions meet defined business outcomesStakeholder EngagementAct as a central liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal business partnersDeliver clear and structured communication on project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to the Director INTLRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify and proactively mitigate project risks, adapting plans to address emerging challengesEscalate critical issues in a timely, data-driven mannerBudget & Resource StewardshipManage project budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure reporting with rigor and accuracyEnsure resources are optimized and aligned with delivery expectationsQuality & ComplianceEstablish and enforce quality standards and testing protocols for all deliverablesOversee validation efforts to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specificationsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain thorough documentation of project plans, technical specifications, and progress trackingDeliver regular performance and milestone reports to stakeholders and the Director INTLTeam LeadershipDirect cross-functional project teams with clarity, accountability, and purposeFoster a collaborative culture across time zones and departmentsVendor & Contractor ManagementLead vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation aligned to project goalsOversee procurement, contract adherence, and deliverable milestonesChange ManagementAdminister structured change control processes to assess and communicate scope or timeline adjustmentsEnsure transparency and alignment on all change decisionsPost-Implementation ReviewsConduct project retrospectives to assess performance, document lessons learned, and improve future deliveryPresent findings to the Director INTL and relevant stakeholdersRequired Qualifications & SkillsEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading cross-functional physical security or technology deployments in a global enterpriseDeep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2)Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into strategic project plansStrong knowledge of enterprise-level security system platforms and related technologiesExceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate across functionsTrack record of budget management and financial stewardship in high-value projectsDesirable ExperienceExperience delivering projects across EMEA regions with multi-national stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with physical security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirementsExperience working in corporate real estate, facilities, or infrastructure development environmentsVendor and contract management expertise, including performance metrics and procurement strategyGeneral AttributesStrategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailHighly accountable and solutions-focused, with a proactive leadership styleStrong communicator who excels at translating complex data into actionable insightsAble to manage competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and stakeholder satisfactionCommitted to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceThe Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
