Working in an international team you’ll be responsible for supporting our structure in France when it comes to Payroll & Time topics as well as general HR topics. Every person is your teammate, and you have to make sure that everyone has their HR needs fulfilled. In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for smooth, daily operation of the HR administration systems and processes, precise handling of confidential information and documents
• Act as Center of Excellence for Payroll & Time topics and manage payroll operations, including the processing of paychecks, tax filings, and employee deductions
• Provide HR administrational services and advise managers on payroll related activities and its processes
• Perform key user functions in SAP and Time & Attendance System and ensure timelines and regularity of processes and data quality between these systems
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and stay up to date on changes in legislation that may impact the company
• Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, termination, and coordination with vendors
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic
• Take initiatives to improve and harmonize global and local processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR programs and policies are effectively communicated and implemented

Your Profile
You have a background in Human Resources and are used to supporting an industrial structure in different HR matters and needs. You’re best equipped for this role if you have:

• A University Degree, preferably in Economics, HR, Business Administration or related field
• First Human Resources Generalist experience (3 years) including payroll and time management activities
• Good understanding of payroll processes, French employment laws and regulations
• Experience managing payroll operations, including the processing of paychecks, tax filings, and employee deductions
• Experience with HR Projects
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate employee records and files, both physical and electronic
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in French and English – Mandatory
