As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team across all departments
  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency
  • Driving sales and profitability while maintaining cost controls and budgets
  • Implementing and upholding high food quality, health, and safety standards
  • Creating a positive and engaging environment for both staff and guests
  • Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing necessary improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations, including UK food safety qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced setting
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
  • A hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UK
