We need you to standardise processes and drive innovation!TASKTogether with the team, you will:π initiate, plan, lead, control, deliver and successfully complete strategic cross-divisional and international projects and programsπ§© coordinate priorities and resources across different countries and teams, ensuring timely and effective deliveryπ introduce and tailor project management methods (Lean, Scrum, Waterfall) based on each projectβs needsπΌ set up and lead decision-making boards, challenge stakeholders, and leverage synergies to create business valueπ create business cases, evaluate cost-benefit, and make decisions that boost our international growthENVIRONMENTAs a key player in our international CCM matrix organization, you will:β contribute significantly to shaping the future structure and strategy of our international service landscapeπ work in a highly dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies and direct communicationπ€ collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from France, Germany, Italy, and Polandπ¬ be involved in transformation initiatives, bringing together diverse perspectives and culturesπ§ have the autonomy and freedom to define and implement new tools, methods, and project stylesEXPERIENCE & SKILLSπ completed university degree or commercial apprenticeshipπ solid experience in managing complex, international and cross-functional projectsπ‘ strong knowledge of project methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Waterfall, Scorecard, etc.)π proven ability to think both strategically and operationally with an entrepreneurial mindsetπ¬ English minimum B2 levelπ₯ strong stakeholder management and decision-making skillsπ§ analytical mindset and ability to build and assess business casesπ€ inspiring project leader and a strong communicator who empowers and motivates teams building trust quickly and lead with empathy, integrity, and authenticityπenjoy guiding diverse teams, fostering creativity, and driving projects with passion and visionWHY JOIN US?
