They are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team.With multiple offices throughout the Lancashire and the Fylde Coast, our client are committed to delivering excellent results while maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.About the roleYour responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant role may include:

• Liaising with clients and third parties over the phone, face to face and via email
• Chasing various legal documents
• Preparing various legal documents required throughout the Conveyancing process
• Ensuring the case management system always remains up-to-date
• Preparing completion packs
• Dealing with post exchange matters
