About your future roleThe Group International Mobility (IM) and Reward Specialist reports to the Head of Group Reward and has the primary responsibility to develop and manage the Global Mobility Policy of Nexi Group, ensuring a proper execution of the Policy in all Group’s geographies.In this capacity, you are responsible for drafting, proposing and discussing secondment conditions and compensation packages with the Head of Group Reward and other Business / Functional leaders as needed. Moreover, you engage with the expatriate/seconded colleagues with reference to their specific assignment situations. You also manage the relationships with the external providers of tax, social security, immigration and relocation services at global and local level, along with the renewal and the maintenance of the respective contracts, seizing opportunities to improve the International Mobility Function both in terms of operational efficiency and user experience, also leveraging IT platforms.As part of the broader Reward Team, you also contribute to the design and management of Group processes and incentive schemes, with specific reference to share-based long term plans.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- design and govern the Company’s IM Policy, keep it up-to-date and apply it in cooperation with all the relevant internal Functions as needed
- act as reference point for the expatriate/seconded community and handle Global Mobility cases from A to Z
- cooperate with the broader Reward team to ensure alignment and a proper execution of relevant processes, manage external providers and oversee that cost spend is in line with agreements
- promote updates and learning opportunities for the HR team across the Nexi Group to raise the awareness on IM topics
- support the alignment between performance, talent, reward and development initiatives, cooperating with the relevant competent HR teams and ensure compliance within tax, immigration and labour law

- knowledge of IM technical content, including familiarity with tax equalization approach
- at least 5 years of experience as IM specialist in international organizations, cooperating with the broader Reward team to ensure a proper execution of reward processes and incentive schemes (in particular share-based long term plans)
- fluent English language knowledge
