Our client is a highly regarded, boutique construction consultancy based in London, specialising in the delivery of super-prime residential projects for UHNW individuals, private clients, and developers. They are known for their meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and ability to deliver bespoke, high-value homes across some of the capital’s most prestigious addresses.With a growing project pipeline and repeat client base, they are now seeking a confident and experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team.The Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of complex and design-led private residential schemes, typically ranging from £5m to £50m+. You will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring the client’s vision is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Act as the day-to-day lead on high-end residential projects from concept through to handover.Manage consultant teams, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee programme, budget, quality, and risk management processes.Chair client, design, and site meetings and issue accurate minutes and reports.Assist with procurement strategy, tendering, and appointment of contractors.Monitor construction progress and proactively manage changes or issues.Ensure projects are delivered in line with statutory requirements, client expectations, and best practice.Develop strong working relationships with clients, often acting as their main point of contact.Candidate Requirements:Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a consultancy-side project management role.Proven track record of managing high-end or super-prime residential schemes in London.Strong understanding of luxury fit-out, construction detailing, and bespoke client requirements.Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.Experience managing design teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.Confident handling high net worth individuals and working with discreti
