- Deliver timely and accurate Weekly, Monthly & Forecast reporting tasks for local & global team as well as local management: Sales turnover, commercial investment & costs.
- Monthly financial closings support, costs follow-up & variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the Group via SAP reporting tool.
- Preparation of excel reporting on all Key Financial Indicators, detailed P&L Analysis in strict respect of deadlines.
- Provide ad hoc analysis & reports as required.
- Collaboration with accounting department (AP/AR/GL).
- Maintenance & elaboration of additional Financial Processes & Procedures.
- Arrangement of tax declarations within the statutory deadlines.
- CashFlow monitoring.
- Support relationships with banks, financial institutions and various consultants.
- Improve automation of all reporting and format of reporting.
What’s expected from you:
- Prior work experience in Controlling or Audit preferred.
- 2 to 3 year experience.
- Solid background in Italian and international accounting (e.g., IFRS/IAS) and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of SAP & PowerBI considered a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel and computer tools in general.
- Strong reliability & data accuracy/strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organization and punctuality / strict respect of deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactivity and problem solving mindset.
- Fluency in English.
