76033822Your responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 5 backend developers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the system architect to drive platform evolution and long-term technical decisions
• Actively contribute to development, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives
• Define and plan technical work in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Promote engineering excellence: clean code, peer reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD
• Provide mentoring, support, and guidance to team members

Your profile

• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on skills in Node.js and TypeScript
• Previous experience in leading or technically owning delivery within a development team
• Deep expertise in AWS, with focus on: Load Balancer (ALB/NLB) management, AWS WAF setup and operations, Security and scalability in cloud-native applications
• Production experience with MongoDB
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and complex backend integrations
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken – to work effectively in international teams
• Proactive, structured, and able to drive initiatives independently

Optional

• Interest in learning Go (Golang) and expanding backend technology skills
• Experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
• Exposure to IoT or Smart Home platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, React, or similar
