We’re working with a well-established and growing construction company (Main Contractor) based in Croydon, seeking a driven and capable Project Manager to lead and deliver residential and commercial projects across South London and surrounding areas.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing construction projects from pre-start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of construction sitesCoordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsEnsure compliance with health & safety regulationsMonitor progress against programme and report to senior managementManage project budgets and timelinesAttend regular client and contractor meetingsREQUIREMENTSProven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractorStrong background in managing residential and/or commercial buildsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsKnowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standardsFull UK driving licenceREWARDS AND BENEFITSCompetitive salary between £55,000-£65,000 (depending on experience)Ongoing training and developmentA supportive and ambitious team environment
