Will you join us?What you’ll do– Validate and critique models across a wide range of applications (credit risk, marketing, fraud detection, forecasting, etc.)– Work closely with model developers to improve quality, transparency, and documentation– Build benchmarking models and design rigorous test methodologies– Influence model governance and help shape Klarna’s standards around model risk managementRequirements– Strong experience in building statistical and machine learning models– Solid foundational knowledge in mathematics and statistics– Proficiency in Python and SQLIdeally, you have:– An academic background in Physics, ML, Data Science, Mathematics, or Biology– Prior experience as a Senior Data Scientist, ideally within a regulated environment or fintech contextPlease include a CV in English.
