DescripciónAt Dopp, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for an important company in the consumer goods sector. The role will involve providing the necessary product documentation in accordance with legislation (product labels, required studies).Responsabilities:

  • Ongoing monitoring of legal acts related to product control and management, and providing the R&D Formulations Team Leader with guidelines to ensure legal compliance.
  • Supervision of compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
  • Product classification and maintenance of the product classification documentation database, ensuring alignment with applicable legislation.
  • Development and verification of product labels in accordance with legal requirements relevant to the company’s activities.
  • Oversight of the department responsible for compiling project documentation (including raw materials, product, and project documentation).
  • Ensuring strict adherence to applicable legal requirements and implemented standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22716:2009, as well as BRC CP and IFS HPC quality standards.
  • Development, updating, and supervision of the Safety Data Sheets and Ingredient Data Sheets Register.

Requirements:

  • Academic background Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field such as Biotechnology
  • At least English C1. B2 German is an advantage.
  • Soft skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Willingness to learn about the latest technologies in Personal Care.
  • Minimum of two years in a similar regulatory position within the household product industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of key regulations, including REACH, CLP, and the Detergents Regulation.
