For our client, a company from the medical sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of Technical Service Administrator.As a Technical Service Administrator, you will support the Interventional Technical Service organization across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring BOT performance (Automatic Integration Application)
• Ensuring master data quality between SAP S/4Hana and Service Max
• Creating TS billing documents
• Managing spare part orders and reverse logistics
• Reconciling inventory
• Reporting on business processes
• Creating and maintaining process documentation

Candidate Profile:

• Strong English language skills
• Team collaboration and customer focus
• Timely and appropriate action-taking
• Results orientation and fast learning ability
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Service Max (a plus)
