Descrizione aziendaFor one of our clients in the venture capital space, we are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager.PosizioneKey responsibilities:· Data collection and organization: analysis of financial, market, and operational data to monitor company performance and identify risks and opportunities· Analytical support: Assistance to the CEO and team in evaluating portfolio performance, through quantitative analysis of returns, risks, and financial statements· Reporting and presentations: Preparation of reports and materials for investors and strategic meetings· Market monitoring: Keeping up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging sectors· Investment management: Operational support in managing investments and related vehicles, in collaboration with the Legal team· Follow-on rounds and exit processes: Coordination of follow-on investment rounds and support in exit/write-off processes· Communication and organizational support: Liaising with investors, preparing information materials, and coordinating meetings· Legal/corporate support: Reviewing term sheets and investment contracts, attending shareholder meetings, and supporting the management of investment vehicles· Investor relations: Maintaining active communication with investors regarding portfolio performance and corporate eventsRequisiti

• Degree in Economics, Business, or Management Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Venture Capital
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform financial statement analysis.
• Curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English, nice to have the knowledge of another European language
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Interest or experience in corporate law and legal documentation related to investments
• Previous experience or strong interest in extraordinary transactions (follow-ons, exits, write-offs)
