Job description
Mission: the Sales Representative manages the sales of agriculture and forestry tyres within the sales area of Central and Southern Poland and accounts as assigned. The primary responsibility is to drive and elevate the company’s products’ position and penetration into the markets. The Sales Representative will be internally and externally focused on growing local market share and creating a sustainable, profitable sales strategy. Working as part of a wider sales team, he/she will be charged with creating and enhancing customer relationships and developing long term partnerships.Workplace: CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN POLANDOffer number: SRPL/25AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Working closely with the Sales Management to build strategy oriented business plans, making sure business is translated accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical and legal standards
- Development of new business via consultative solutions sales process and building relationships with key decision makers
- Management of customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle
- Preparing and presenting professional sales offers
- Resolving customer complaints and developing solutions
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information
- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy
- Participating in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, etc.
CANDIDATE’S PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- At least 3 years of experience working as the sales representative for the tyres or agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in the region of Central or/and Southern Poland
- Fluent in English and Polish languages
- Available for extensive business travels
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
- Able to meet fixed deadlines under pressure, while working within budgets and specific targets
- Team leadership skills – very nice to have.
