• Conducting scientific research in the field of medical sciences and health sciences, including at the R2 profile – as a researcher with a doctoral degree.
• Teaching clinical courses at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Warsaw, including activities involving the protection of minors.
• Participating in organizational work for the benefit of the University of Warsaw.

• Fulfillment of the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended).
• License to practice as a medical doctor and current, ongoing professional experience – normal (gross) anatomy, minimum of 3 years.
• Experience in teaching medical students at the university level – minimum of 3 years.
• Participation in scientific research projects.
• Declared fluent knowledge of Polish and English for conducting dissection classes.

Specific Requirements

• Authorship or co-authorship of publications in the field of medical sciences and health sciences, listed in the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education database or on the Philadelphia list (Impact Factor).
• Promotion of innovative teaching methods among educators, including conducting classes, trainings, and professional development workshops.
• Organization and/or participation in medical conferences, particularly in the field of anatomy.
• Academic degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.
• Presentation of a plan for further research activities.
• International Experience.
• Experience working with anatomical specimens – knowledge of tissue preparation and preservation techniques.
• Teaching skills – ability to convey knowledge to students clearly and inspiringly.
• Communication skills and teamwork.
