Are you a hands-on technical professional with leadership experience? We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a hotel in Mallorca. Your Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day technical operations to ensure smooth hotel functioning
* Manage maintenance and repair of all facilities and infrastructure
* Plan and supervise minor renovation and maintenance projects
* Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
* Assist with budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and energy costs
* Supervise staff scheduling and training for the technical team
