Architectural Technologist

Location: Bedford

Salary: GBP30-40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly regarded, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. The team is well known for delivering innovative and design-led projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth, the practice is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to contribute to a wide variety of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and specifications
* Assist with the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
* Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
* Undertake site visits and provide support during construction stages
* Ensure all design and technical work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Skills & Experience

* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
* Experience working on residential and commercial projects
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
