Job Title: Senior Acoustic Consultant

Location: Dublin
Salary: EUR50,000 – EUR60,000 + Benefits

An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join its growing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced acoustics professional to take a senior role, leading on high-profile projects involving building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration across Ireland.

As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, manage key client relationships, and produce precise technical documentation. You’ll also provide mentorship to junior staff and play a pivotal role in shaping the continued growth and technical success of the Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver acoustic and vibration assessments across multiple sectors
*

Conduct noise surveys, site inspections, and acoustic modelling
*

Prepare Environmental Statement chapters and high-quality technical reports
*

Manage client communication and contribute to business development initiatives
*

Mentor and guide junior team members to support their technical growth
*

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes

About You:

Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or a closely related discipline
*

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in acoustic consultancy
*

Strong background in building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration
*

Skilled in software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or Odeon
*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*

Institute of Acoustics membership (preferred)
