Purpose and Objectives
The E2E Partner & Ecosystem Team within CPIT designs and implements scalable, automated end-to-end processes supporting SAP’s partner business. We leverage AI and process intelligence to simplify operations, ensure compliance, and enhance partner experience
As a Senior Specialist – you’ll design and optimize E2E processes for new and existing partner business models, with a focus on Lead-to-Close.
Key Responsibilities:
-Align business requirements across stakeholders (PES, Deal Execution, Demand Management, O2I, Ethics & Compliance).
-Document processes, requirements, and user stories for delivery teams
-Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics.Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
-Maintain process documentation in Signavio
-Support teams through training and best practice sharing
-Ensure compliance with SAP standards and policies
Skills and Qualification:
-Strong background in process design and improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
-Proven success in standardization and simplification across systems.
-Knowledge of SAP Partner Models and Harmony landscape would be a plusSolid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-Excellent communication, integrity, and adaptability
-Customer- and results-oriented mindset.
-Master’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
-Experience working across cultures and time zones.
-Willingness to deep dive into complex systems and processes
Work Experience:
-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within SAP
-Background in operations, consulting, or development
-Familiarity with SAP Cloud Portfolio, sales, and customer operations
-Knowledge of ITIL and CRM processes a plus
