This role offers the opportunity to influence long-term direction while building a function that will expand as the company grows.

Build the systems, tools, and frameworks needed to produce consistent, high-quality intelligence.
*

Track competitor pipelines, scientific advancements, regulatory shifts, partnerships, and market developments-and interpret their implications for the business.

Capture insights from major scientific events, monitor KOL sentiment, and deliver rapid summaries for executive leadership.

Partner with cross-functional teams on portfolio assessments, TPP development, scenario modeling, and go/no-go discussions.
*

Develop and maintain external intelligence networks to identify risks and opportunities early.
*

Provide strategic sparring to the executive team on scientific, clinical, and commercial positioning.
*

Contribute to selected investor-related activities, supporting messaging aligned with market dynamics and competitive context.

Who You Are

You bring 8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, portfolio strategy, NPP, medical affairs insights, market analysis, VC/analyst roles, or similar functions within biotech or pharma.
*

You thrive in environments where you must independently drive initiatives while aligning multiple stakeholders.
*

You communicate complex clinical or scientific information clearly and concisely to senior audiences.
*

You enjoy working across disciplines-Science, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Commercial, IR-and are comfortable influencing leadership discussions.
*

Experience in obesity, metabolism, or cardio-renal fields is an advantage but not required.
*

Highly analytical, curious, structured, and comfortable making recommendations in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
