Job Title: Service Support Engineer – Product Information Management (Inriver & Azure)
Location: Lund (Ideally 3 days per week onsite; open to remote work)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Support Engineer to join the Product Information Management (PIM) Service Team for our client, Tetra Pak.
The role focuses on supporting and maintaining a newly deployed Inriver-based PIM platform and its integrated Microsoft Azure data ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Inriver, Azure data services, and Cosmos DB, along with strong knowledge of data flows, integrations, and operational support in a multi-system environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Application Support & Maintenance
-Provide L2/L3 support for the Inriver PIM platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
-Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
-Coordinate with Inriver and internal development teams for escalation handling.2. Data Operations & Monitoring
-Oversee data synchronization between Inriver, Azure, and downstream systems.
-Troubleshoot data pipelines, APIs, and connectors.
-Perform regular system health checks, data validations, and batch monitoring.3. Azure Data Management
-Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and related services for ingestion and transformation.
-Develop or maintain automation scripts for recurring operational tasks.4. Change & Release Management
-Support deployments, configuration changes, and release testing activities.
-Maintain accurate and updated technical and operational documentation.5. Continuous Improvement
-Identify system inefficiencies and propose improvements.
-Contribute to internal knowledge base and process optimization efforts.Required Skills & Experience
-3–5 years of experience in application/system support, ideally within product data management.
-Strong knowledge of Inriver PIM, including data model configuration, workflows, and integrations.
-Hands-on experience with Azure services: Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions.
-Solid understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and data exchange mechanisms.
-Experience with incident, change, and release management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
-Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Preferred / Nice-to-Have
