Job Title: E-Learning Support Advisor

Location: Birmingham

Salary: GBP26,707 – GBP27,319 per annum – SS2

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for creative and enthusiastic champion of technology to enhance the learning experience of students at UCB.

As a member of the DICE team, you will take a proactive role in the promotion and support of the University’s virtual learning environment and other learning technologies. This will include working closely with academic departments and demonstrating a high level of customer service to ensure that staff and student queries are resolved swiftly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

* A good knowledge of technology-enhanced learning
* The ability to use e-Learning software.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* An understanding of the importance of the student experience
