P&C Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. P&C Local Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees, and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. P&C Local Services cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. 

What you’ll build

-Second level support for all employee HR inquiries for Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine
-On-boarding of new hires and related administration
-Support administrative HR processes along the employee lifecycle
-Support other ad hoc HR related activities
-Update corporate Portal and HR Knowledge Base
-Drive continuous improvement 

What you bring

In this paid role we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

-12 months availability + possible prolongation
-Graduate of Business Administration or HR related field preferred
-Professional communication skills; both written and verbal in English and Russian 
-Customer oriented 
-Ability to work with confidential information 
-Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills 
-Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 
-Ability to plan and organize work well 
-Self driven and motivated
-Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
