1st Select Ltd is proud to partner with a leading national consultancy based in Leeds City Centre. We are seeking a skilled Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team and manage minor works projects, dilapidations and general professional works.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage projects, focusing on non-housing stock, from start to finish.
Provide technical advice and support to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects.
Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance.
Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis.
Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
