Senior Specialist, PV Digital & AI Lead, Global Patient Safety Technologies
Your work will help safeguard patients and accelerate neuroscience innovation. You could be our next bridge-builder between innovative digital & AI solutions and Global Patient Safety
– transforming pharmacovigilance with data, automation and responsible AI.
Your new role
You foster user adoption of digital tools and cultivate a continuous improvement culture across Global Patient Safety (GPS).
You act as an enabler for change, ensuring that people, processes, and technology evolve together. You help GPS colleagues navigate new ways of working with AI-powered tools, building confidence and capability while ensuring ethical and responsible use.
You steward GPS’s innovation funnel and KPIs, balancing build/buy/partner choices, and partner closely with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Global IT to ensure an interoperable ecosystem. You will shape and execute the digital and AI agenda for Global Patient Safety in close collaboration with the GPS Leadership Team, drive value realization from ideas to scaled solutions, while ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight. Ultimately, your work will accelerate data-driven decision-making, free up expert capacity and strengthen compliance in GPS.
Your future team
Global Patient Safety Technologies sits within GPS and collaborates across R&D and enterprise functions. You will join a diverse, purpose-driven group that mixes safety science and product thinking. Our culture is hands-on, curious and transparent.
We value curiosity, empathy, and co-creation as much as technical expertise. Our success depends on how well we bring people along the digital journey.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
