What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Labs iXp Intern – Management Support

Location: Brno, Czech Republic

Expected start date to end date: January 2026, 12 months

You will provide administrative support to the SAP Globalization Services leadership team. 

Your main tasks are going to be:

-Collaborate on running and analyzing periodic financial reports.
-Assist with data consolidation for management reviews.
-Collaboration on data management and problem resolution.
-Help our team to improve and streamline our reporting.
-Ad-hoc tasks & support

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, is excited by automation of finance and controlling, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

-University student, preferably in second year or later
-Advanced in MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Excellent in MS Excel (solid knowledge of VBA Macro programming)
-Excellent in MS List + Power Automate.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Czech
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex issues
-Good team player with a “can do attitude” 
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
