We are looking for a process manager who is eager to improve the SAP cloud fulfillment process to ensure we have a smooth and harmonized transition from a customer order to the delivery of all required components to fulfill this order.
What you`ll do :
-Support new business initiative projects to ensure process support for all requirements by driving transparency, simplification, harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
-Optimize and automate cloud fulfillment processes and identify requirements by creating and validating user stories, based on industry leading processes and business expertise.
-Collaborate with stakeholders across dependent business systems.
-Ideate, define new solution concepts to simplify/optimize SAP’s cloud fulfillment process.
-Create, validate, and enhance the user stories, managing their lifecycle from initiation till handover to IT teams and subsequently, go live.
-Support key decisions with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive cloud business and support the overall transformation towards a cloud company.
-Interact and collaborate with senior executive management and multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization.
-Build sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders within CPIT and other SAP Board Areas.
-Play an active role in all aspects of problem solving including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, ideating, designing, and conducting analyses, drawing relevant conclusions, monitor execution and delivery of program / project work packages.
-Manage program portfolio of multiple projects and topics simultaneously.
What you bring:
We are looking for someone with distinctive academic cresdentials, strategic thinking, superior problem-solving skills, and a strong professional track record of results. In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities: resourcefulness, results-orientation, high energy, empathy, and self-confidence while being a team player.
-Preferred master’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
-5+ years of experience in cloud content or operations is useful, but not a prerequisite.
-Broad understanding of SAP’s business and market position related to SAP’s product offering.
-Excellent analytical skills, i.e. being able to grasp and structure complex problems and perform conceptual work
-Strong presentation skills and the ability to design and prepare high impact presentations.
-Project management skills to deliver results in time, high quality & within budget.
-Business process management experience in a cross-functional service provider environment like Operations, Consulting, Development, or related field
-Experience in day-to-day interaction with Executives and driving initiatives with various stakeholders across board areas.
-Knowledge and experience with SAP cloud portfolio, sales and post sales processes, and customer cloud operation
-Broad understanding of SAP’s strategy, organizational structure, and SAP solutions
-Significant Project and Portfolio Management experience
-Knowledge of ITIL support processes as well as CRM processes and systems are a plus.

We manage the marketing and sales cycle, post-sales, renewals, and the transactional elements for Commercial & Order to Cash, to ensure customer and partner excellence across processes, products, and IT delivery.
