Technical Writer, Radiation Hardened SoC FPGA Technology

About the Role
If you enjoy translating complex technology into clear, structured knowledge that engineers and customers can rely on, this role puts you at the heart of the product ecosystem. You will take ownership of technical documentation, shaping how users interact with sophisticated FPGA technology and ensuring clarity at every step.
Working closely with managers and reporting directly to the Product Director, you will be the link between engineering brilliance and user understanding.
Key Responsibilities
-Build and implement a scalable documentation framework that supports product evolution.
-Own the creation, organisation, and maintenance of the internal and external technical documentation library.
-Produce high quality manuals, application notes, and technical guides that improve product usability for customers and partners.
-Work closely with R&D teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into accurate, user friendly content.
-Collaborate with customer support teams to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of documentation quality.
-Align all documentation deliverables with release schedules and project milestones.
-Stay curious about new technologies and actively explore user needs. Required Skills and Experience
-Engineering mindset with team spirit and strong communication skills.
-Curiosity, structured thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.
-Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across R and D, support, marketing, and project teams.
-Master’s level degree in Electronics or a Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism or Marketing with strong technical affinity.
-Around five years of experience in a similar technical writing or documentation role.
