Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

* Contribute to and lead design work across all RIBA stages
* Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and construction packages
* Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

What we’re looking for in the Architect position:

* ARB registration
* Previous UK practice experience (as Part 2 or Architect)
* Strong understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
* Excellent design skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal abilities
* Proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
